This Privacy Policy explains how PreIPOScam.com ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit preiposcam.com or contact us. PreIPOScam.com is an independent investor-education website about pre-IPO, SPV and private placement fraud. It is not a law firm, broker-dealer, investment adviser or government agency.
We collect what you submit in our forms. With your consent, claim-review requests are shared with independent securities attorneys and law firms, who may compensate us. Private-market access requests are a separate program, shared with sponsors only under a separate consent, and the two are never combined. You can opt out of any sale or sharing at any time.

- Private-market access requests (separate form): name, email, phone, state, accredited status, investment range and interests
- Emails you send us, including corrections
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or original documents through this website.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our web host records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.
- Browser storage: small, essential items stored in your browser, such as your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy.
- Analytics, only with your consent: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address). We use it only to understand and improve the site. We do not turn on Google Analytics advertising features or Google Signals, we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not combine analytics with information you submit in forms. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

How we share information
- Independent securities attorneys and law firms receive claim review requests when you check the consent box, so they can contact you. We may be compensated for advertising or for inquiries; compensation never depends on the outcome of any case. You decide whether to hire anyone.
- Private-market sponsors receive information only from the separate private-market access form, under its own consent. Claim review information is never shared with investment sponsors.
- Google, as our analytics service provider, receives analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our web host and email and form-handling providers, under obligations to protect the information.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Your privacy choices: "sale" and "sharing"
When you submit a claim review request or private-market access request and give consent, we disclose your information to independent securities attorneys and law firms (claim reviews) or private-market sponsors (access requests only), and we may receive compensation from them. You direct that disclosure when you check the consent box. Some state privacy laws may still treat a compensated disclosure as a "sale."
To opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, email info@preiposcam.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals: if your browser sends one, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser. We do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and Google Analytics runs only with your consent and without advertising features.
Third-party services

How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the service you asked about, and meet legal, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements. Typically that is no more than three years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal."

If you consent on a form, attorneys, law firms or sponsors may contact you by phone or text, including with automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email info@preiposcam.com.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
