Submitting a claim review request is an inquiry that may be referred to an attorney; it is not the filing of a claim. Advertisers do not review or approve our editorial content.
Editorial standards
- Primary sources first. Case summaries come from SEC releases and court filings, linked on every entry.
- Allegations are labeled as allegations, with case status updated when cases resolve.
- Dated content. Every page shows a "last reviewed" date and is rechecked at least quarterly.
